Hello, the year is just beginning and either you are starting a new or trying to build your existing blog, today I will be discussing how you can make real money with blogging, before I get into it I will give a few notes to new bloggers.

You won’t start earning on your new blog:
This is the first thing to know when you are starting a blog, you won’t see interest at the start you will be the one to feed it until it grows to some extent and depending on how you do it, it may take long but when it grows you will surely enjoy it.
You may want to quit
Yes, it will get to a stage where you will want to quit blogging but that’s the point where you have to put more effort, you will get tired because you earn little or no income from the blog but don’t just give up yet there will come a time which you will reap the fruit of your labour.
Blogging ain’t Easy
Blogging ain’t easy as it seems, blogging isn’t only about writing, it’s about being creative, understanding your audience, critical thinking and also learning new things.
Blogging is time consuming
Depending on the niche you select, blogging can be time consuming especially for news blog which requires new updates as much as possible, if blogging is not all you do, then you will need to get a helping hand to help keep the blog up to date.
Don’t start with copied contents
You cant start your blog by copying other people content, if you want your blog to go far, you will need to start original, create your own content, your post, style and everything.
Select a niche
You cant just gather everything on your blog, choose a niche to go with either, entertainment, news, fashion, cooking, tech etc just select one or related niches and go with them it helps get the right audience.
It’s not too late to start blogging
I have heard this many times, “There are already millions of blogs, I cant start now to reach them”, that statement is not true, you can’t start your new blog and if well taken care of, it will be popular and top charts, search engines etc.
You will need to invest in your blog
Yes, you will need to spend money and time on your blog before it can grow, you can run online promotions like Facebook Ads, Google Adwords etc, you can only pay for expert SEO for your blog.
How do bloggers earn money?
There are different ways bloggers make money, either by sponsored ads, affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, selling of products or services. You can earn real income with any of the above.
Sponsored Ads
You can offer ads space on your blog to advertiser to place their ads or sign up to publisher networks like Google Adsense, Adsterra, Propeller, Bidvertiser or any network that pays you when your audience click on their ads on your website.
Affiliate Marketing
You can register to big companies like Amazon, Jumia, Aliexpress, Godaddy and many others who offers affiliate marking, they give you a unique link when someone uses your link to buy something on their website you get your commission.
Sponsored Post
You can get people or companies to pay you to publish their article on your blog, you charge them on how you want it.
Selling products or Services
You can use your blog to sell products like books, skin cares, music, etc or offer paid services like classes and tutorials, which you can charge users to pay to get access to them
